By booking an appointment with The Aesthetics Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Scripting Fee
All new clients seeking treatment are required to have a medical consultation with our existing team of doctors. This includes a $25 fee, which covers a medical script for all services discussed. Scripts are valid for up to 12 months.
An additional script is required for any new treatments beyond the initial consultation.
Contraindications and Denial of Treatment
Procedures at The Aesthetics Studio are considered medical and may have contraindications.
Treatment may be denied if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to bees/wasps (relevant to dermal filler treatments), generally unwell, have had a recent infection, have an active cold sore, are under 18, or if the registered nurse deems it unsafe or unethical.
Follow-Up Reviews
Follow-up reviews are offered at 2 weeks post-procedure.
Some wrinkle treatments require top-up dosing, which will be done free of charge at the 2-week review. If you miss your 2-week review, this offer is no longer valid.
Top-up doses are only valid for wrinkle treatments, not dermal fillers. They are not always required and will not be offered later than 2 weeks post-procedure.
Pricing and Dosage:
Prices for anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments are based on standard dosing.
Prices may vary based on unit/ml requirements, at the discretion of the providing medical practitioner.
Additional charges apply for extra units or syringes if required for optimal treatment.
Product Branding and Usage:
The product brand/name cannot be used for marketing purposes for legal reasons.
Products in a package must be used in a single appointment; no carryovers to multiple sessions are permitted.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are provided for any treatments at The Aesthetics Studio.
No reduction in price or refunds will be given for unused product allocation in purchased packages.
Emergency Treatment Fee:
In case of a medical emergency requiring Hyalase (Vascular Occlusion), the treatment fee will not be charged.
Elective Nature of Cosmetic Treatments:
Cosmetic treatments at The Aesthetics Studio are elective and performed at the client's request.
Right to Deny Treatment:
Medical practitioners at The Aesthetics Studio reserve the right to deny treatment to any individual.
Financial and Medical Consent:
Financial and medical consent is obtained before all treatments at The Aesthetics Studio.
Payment Terms
All cosmetic service fees are due at the time of treatment, or as agreed upon in cases where a deposit is required.
The Aesthetics Studio strictly adheres to a no refund policy. All payments for treatments and packages must be settled on the day of service or prior to commencing treatment cycles.
Cosmetic Consultation
All cosmetic self-pay patients will undergo a cosmetic consultation before services are provided. This includes discussions on fees, contraindications, pre and post-care, side effects, and desired results.
