By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from The Aesthetics Studio, you agree to the following terms.

About Us
We are a professional cosmetic clinic offering aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare, performed in accordance with Australian medical and cosmetic regulations.
Some treatments are medical procedures and may not be suitable for all individuals.

Contact & Communication
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
General enquiries - Response time is within 24 business hours.
Post-treatment medical emergencies - Contact your treating Registered Nurse or Medical Practitioner directly using the number provided.

Who We Treat
Clients must be over 18 years of age.
For aesthetic treatments, we see clients aged 21 and over, in line with our commitment to safe and ethical practice.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is considered unsuitable.

Consultations
To ensure every treatment is safe and appropriate for you, a professional consultation is included with every appointment.
Requirements: Most procedures require a medical consultation and a valid script. Please note that starting a new type of treatment may require a new script.
Script Fee: $30 (valid for 12 months).
Redeemability: While consultation fees are non-refundable, they may be redeemable toward the cost of your treatment.
Non-Refundable Policy: If a treatment cannot proceed for any reason, both the consultation fee and the deposit remain non-refundable.
Your Consent: We prioritize transparency; your medical and financial consent will always be obtained before any procedure begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Less than 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of your deposit.
More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows may be charged the full treatment fee, this fee is held as non-refundable, non-transferable credit toward a future booking.

Payments & Refunds
Pricing for injectables is provided during consultation (TGA regulations).
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
Late cancellations, lateness beyond 15 minutes, and no-shows result in deposit forfeiture.
Treatment fees must be paid in full on the day.
No refunds once treatment has commenced.
Packages are non-refundable, including unused portions.
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain protected.
Buy-now-pay-later services (e.g., Afterpay) incur a surcharge.

Pricing & Promotions
Final pricing for injectables is based on the amount of product used.
Loyalty members receive 10% off standard-priced products/services.
Discounts do not apply to existing promotions, packages, or sale items.

Results
Results vary based on individual factors, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

Your Health Information
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information.
Failure to disclose medical history, medications, or allergies may result in complications.

When We May Decline Treatment
Treatment may be refused if you are:
Pregnant or breastfeeding.
Allergic to bees/wasps (dermal fillers).
Unwell or have a recent infection.
Experiencing an active cold sore.
Medically unsuitable on the day.
Our nursing staff reserve the right to decline treatment at any time for any reason.
We may request medical clearance where needed.

Follow-Up Appointments
A review is offered 2 weeks after treatment.
Some wrinkle treatments may include a complimentary top-up if required.
Top-ups are only available at the 2-week review appointment.
Dermal fillers do not include top-ups.

Products
Due to legal regulations, product brand names cannot be advertised.
All purchased product must be used at the time of treatment.
Remaining product cannot be carried over.

Emergency Fees
Emergency treatment with Hyalase for suspected vascular occlusion is provided at no cost.

Privacy
We comply with Australian privacy laws.
Your information will only be shared with your consent or when legally required.

Consent
Full informed medical and financial consent is obtained prior to any procedure.

Voluntary Treatment
All cosmetic treatments are optional and performed at your request.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be used before their expiry date.

Our Responsibility
While we take great care in our treatments, unexpected reactions may occur.
By proceeding with treatment, you accept responsibility for your decision after receiving all relevant information.

Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
